A missing student of the Aligarh Muslim University, Ashraf Ali was found in Delhi on Wednesday.
According to the police, he went missing on 24 February and was found on 10 March in Delhi’s Jama Masjid area.
SSP Aligarh, Kuldeep Gunawat, in a video said that the AMU proctor informed the police about his location.

“He is suffering from depression and is getting medical help for the same,” the SSP said.
“Ashraf had been roaming on the streets of Delhi as he’s suffering from depression, ” the official added.
Earlier, protests were held in the Aligarh Muslim University, demanding action in the matter.
Member of Parliament, Assadudin Owaisi had urged the UP police to take “proactive steps to find Ashraf without further delay”.
