Bangladeshi-Swedish writer, Tasleema Nasrin, on Monday, attacked England all-rounder Moeen Ali for his faith and tried to link him to ISIS.
“If Moeen Ali were not stuck with cricket, he would have gone to Syria to join ISIS,” the exiled Bangladeshi writer said in a tweet.

Soon after, she recieved flak for her words, thousands criticised her for making such a remark.
Some users appealed the England Cricket Board to take action against Nasrin.
Nasrin is known for her ‘Islamophobic’ views; she targeted Moeen Ali, apparently, for refusing to wear the logo of an alcohol brand on his IPL jersey.
